This energy-efficient heat recovery technology will give you more hot water for showering by increasing your hot water heater capacity. The ThermoDrain transfers the waste heat energy going down the drain to preheat incoming cold water. The heat transfer is done using the latest technology in double-wall heat transfer. The more hot water you use, the faster it pays itself off, and the more you will save on your energy bills and help the environment. The ThermoDrain is easy to install and comes with factory-installed crimp PEX fittings and almost everything you need for an effortless installation. It is also compatible with any water heater. ThermoDrains efficiency has been tested in accordance with the CSA B55.1 standard and independently verified by Intertek.

• The ThermoDrain is relatively easy to install and requires no soldering. It comes with two factory-installed ¾" crimp PEX fittings and two drain couplings.
• The ThermoDrain TDH3395B-DR-PEX measures 39.5 inches long and is 46.1% efficient. It fits 3-inch drain pipes and ¾ inch water fittings.
• A 40-gallon hot water tank alone will give you 29 minutes of continuous shower time. When you add a ThermoDrain, you get 75-90 minutes of shower time (depending on the model efficiency)
• Increase tankless hot water flow rates by up to 75% (example: 4.9 GPM (18.5 LPM) to 8.4 GPM to (31.8 LPM) when coupled with a natural gas tankless water heater 0.93 UEF)
• ThermoDrain TDH3395B-DR-PEX can preheat cold water to the water heater from 50.0°F (10.0°C) to 73.1°F (22.8°C) while showering.
• CSA B55.1 verified, and CSA B55.2 certified
• ThermoDrain units carry a 5-year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.
